artAsan makes every effort to protect your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information. We respect your privacy and do not share any of the personal information that you provide. If at anytime you wish to change or delete your information, you may do so by contacting us. From time to time, artAsan does send email messages that provide product and event updates that we believe may be helpful to our customers. You may opt-out of receiving mailings at any time.


ORDERS/CUSTOM ORDERS

Pieces available for purchase are featured in the shop.

Pieces pictures in the gallery are sold, but could possibly be reproduced. Due to the hand crafted nature of artAsan jewelry, variations will occur. 

When ordering custom pieces, please contact info@artasan.com for an estimate. All custom orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit. All custom items are final sale.

**Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery on all custom orders & non-stocked pieces.


SHIPPING METHOD AND COSTS

artAsan ships USPS PRIORITY INSURED $8.00. If you require expedited shipping, please contact info@artasan.com for a quote.

All International orders are subject to customs fees and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.


PRIVACY POLICIES/SHOP PAYMENTS

All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment information is also governed by Stripe's privacy policy.


EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of a handmade independent business, I am unable to accept returns. However, it is important to me that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. I will accept exchanges for up to 5 days after items are received. All sale items and custom items are final sale. No refunds, exchanges or credit will be given.

To exchange an item, please email info@artasan.com. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. 

artAsan reserves the right to deny request for exchange.



REPAIRS

If you should need a repair, please contact info@artasan.com and we will issue you a repair number. The RA# must appear on the outside of the box. We are not responsible for buyer negligence, and the buyer is responsible for all repair or replacement fees. We will advise if there is a charge for the repair before any work is started. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please pack the jewelry carefully, and ship it in a BOX as envelopes do not provide enough protection.
